Dan Smith
has been named Employee of the Month for January!
Dan joined OCI in March 2009 as Facilities Manager, the position he still currently serves.
His nomination stated:
“When one of the boilers went down during the night at OCI, Dan came out during the middle of the night and stayed the night to make sure things were up and running properly. He wanted to make sure the building would be heated for the next business day.”
