Katie DeClerck

has been named Employee of the Month for August!

Katie joined the Orthopedic Center of Illinois in February 2010 as a Front Desk Receptionist. She is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while greeting patients, verifying their demographic/ insurance information, receiving co-payments and directing the patient to the designated physician.

Her nomination stated:
“She has a good personality, works well with patients. She is very helpful and makes my visit enjoyable”
