Candidate provides physical therapy services to patients/ clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screenings and health promotion. 

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; along with a minimum of 2 years work experience required. Candidate must maintain appropriate licensure to practice in the state of Illinois; Previous experience in an outpatient setting highly desirable.
