Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible to provide medical services to patients; collect and document data; and order and schedule diagnostic tests and provide surgical first assist under supervision of operating physician.

Candidate must have prior work experience in both office and surgery. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner required along with licensing as required by Illinois State law for APN.
