Patient Account Representative will assume the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring that all patients’ accounts are accurate.  Patient Account Rep will also be responsible for collecting the account balance from the patient or the insurance company as applicable. This individual will be familiar with practice contracts and subsequently, possess the ability to recognize, investigate, and follow-up claim payments that are insufficient.

Requirements for this position include a High School Diploma, previous insurance claims experience in a medical environment along with prior collection experience in a medical environment.
